The Gathering Place coordinates door-to-door transportation services for Vermont residents who attend.
The Gathering Place is contracted with Southeast Vermont Transit (SEVT). SEVT is the designated public transit and Medicaid provider for Windham and southern Windsor Counties.
The Gathering Place coordinates transportation to and from our Center and to and from medical appointments on days of attendance. Drivers will provide, if needed, physical assistance on and off the vehicle as well as assistance to and from the home to the vehicle.
To accomodate transportation needs a 48 hours’ notice is required. To qualify for these services you must be a resident of Vermont and meet eligibility. If you would like more information about transportation, please contact transportation at The Gathering Place.
